Delivery
Standard delivery is by text, Markdown, PDF, or platform message, depending on the purchased service or product. Delivery times are shown on the relevant sales page or agreed before payment.
Refund Policy
For digital products, refunds are generally not available after access or download unless the file cannot be delivered or the product description is materially incorrect. For custom services, refund eligibility depends on whether work has started and the terms agreed before payment. If there is a delivery problem, contact support first.
